Terms & refunds

Last updated: 11 August 2026

These are the terms for buying and using Settled. They are written to be read, not to catch you out. Nothing here limits your legal rights as a consumer.

Who you are buying from. Settled is sold by Just Launch Ltd (company number 17377685), registered in England & Wales. Registered office: 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ. Questions: kiya@justlaunch.uk.

What you get

Settled costs £5 per event, paid once through Stripe. That gives you a personal licence to plan one event: its room, the full planner, sharing links, exports and sign-in on any of your devices. Planning another event? Each additional event is another £5 purchase on the same account. Prices include VAT where applicable. Venues on the partner programme have their own arrangement, so talk to us.

Access and the cooling-off period

Settled is digital content, and your planner is available immediately after payment. By purchasing and using it straight away, you agree that access begins at once and that this waives the usual 14-day cooling-off cancellation right for digital content. That said, see refunds below; we are more generous than the minimum.

Refunds

If Settled is not right for you, email us within 14 days of buying and we will refund you. We would rather you told us why it did not fit than kept £5 that annoys you. Refunds go back to the card you paid with, via Stripe.

Fair use

One licence covers one event. Please do not resell access, share your sign-in link publicly, use Settled for anything unlawful, or try to break or overload the service. We can suspend accounts that do, though we will always talk to you first if something looks off.

Your plans and our service

Your plans belong to you. Plans are stored on your device and, when signed in, backed up to your account, but please keep your own exports of anything critical close to the big day, as no online service can promise perfect availability. We provide Settled with reasonable care and skill; to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses that are not caused by our breach of these terms, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights.

Changes and endings

We may improve Settled at any time, and may update these terms for future purchases. If we ever needed to retire the service, we would give account holders reasonable notice and time to export their plans.

The legal bits

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes belong to the courts of England and Wales (or your local UK courts if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland). If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still stands.
